Who We Are

Stephanie Blake, MBA, MA. Ed.
Co-Founder/Principal Consultant
Stephanie Blake has over 15 years of experience in the early childhood education field. Being a graduate of Arcadia University, receiving both a BA in Business Administration with a minor in early childhood education and a Masters in Business Administration, has allowed Stephanie to gain a unique and well-rounded education to pursue her goals in the education field. She has worked across various childcare settings, gaining experience in consulting, technical assistance, and training. Stephanie was employed with the PA Keys as a Preschool Program Specialist working with both their state-funded pre-k and Head Start programs. Recently, she completed a Masters of Arts in Education specializing in Early Childhood at Gratz College. Through hard work and determination with her studies, Stephanie was inducted into 3 honor societies: Golden Key, Pi Lambda Theta, and Kappa Delta Pi. Stephanie is currently a doctoral student studying Educational Leadership.

Dionne Wright-Chambers, M. Ed
Co-Founder/ Principal Consultant
Dionne Chambers has over twenty-five years of experience working in the early childhood and elementary education field. She has experience working with Kindergarten Readiness programs for School District of Philadelphia Head Start Program, Trainings at Universities and as the language and literacy specialist for the Free Library of Philadelphia. She has been working with early childhood centers as a teacher, specialist, administration and now as a consultant. Some of her past work has been working with the Mayor’s Office to identify high-quality early child care centers in Philadelphia for the 2018 Champions for Children Gala. Her work at Thomas Jefferson University has developed a sustainability protocol for inclusive practices in early childhood education.
